Harry the electrician is brilliant. Curtains and inside blinds are good. However it has taken over 12 months to get outdoor blinds fitted! We had over 6 appointments to get the blinds measured for a curved balcony. Afraid that Watsons have absolutely no idea how to do this. We had to work out and PAY, ourselves, for the brackets at the correct angles and at the right strength and then the installers ( including one very rude guy) made an absolute mess when trying to fit the blinds. They are totally incompetent - original blinds were not measured or installed correctly, drilled several wrong holes, screws were way too long, fitted the cables at totally the wrong angles, scratched the stainless steel balustrade, put bespoke fittings in the wrong places!! We have had so much anxiety that we cannot bear to have them back and are getting others to redo the fitting. Could not recommend them under any circumstance.

Over the past 25 years, we have had Watson Blinds and Awnings fit out our various homes with curtains, remote control blinds, plantation shutters and even cedar blinds many years ago. We have recently downsized our home and had Watsons install beautiful sheer S Wave curtains over blockout roller blinds in both the living room and bedroom. It looks simply beautiful. All the products are of great quality and last many years. Watson’s are second to none with their customer service, cost, reliability, call back service and installation. We are very happy with our choices and would highly recommend Watson Blinds and Awnings. Cindy and John ☺️

Initial appointment promptly organised. Great turn around time. Installer punctual and did a great job. Blinds look brilliant. So glad we went with Watsons as we were seriously thinking of ordering on line and installing ourselves. These look so much better! Would highly recommend Watson’s.

Had blinds installed about 10 or 15 years ago from Watson. They have lasted really well. I have not had to replace any of the mechanisms … ever. So this year when we needed additional blinds, we went straight to Watson again. Katie was fabulous, came out helped us match up blinds from 10 years ago. Troy came out for the install he was very prompt and professional asking questions along the way to find tune any customize needs. Very happy with the quality, professionalism and friendly manner from both Katie and Troy. Would highly recommend Watson blinds to anyone requiring this service. We are 100% satisfied and would definitely use Watson blinds again. Would recommend keeping an eye out for the sales Watson offers very good deals when needing to work within a , thank you.

The appointment was booked fr 3pm on a Saturday. I agreed but was a bit reluctant, given the time and day. But the person attending was an absolute LEGEND. He got 2 rooms done is no time, without any noises, without making any mess, without scattering the equipment and material around. We were watching a serial and didn't even feel like he is there. Extremely professional and spot on with his work. The best part was his clean shoes and equipment. As generally we are left with a sizeable cleaning job, whenever we get anything done at home. But this went like a breeze. Highly recommended, very well done.
