Initial experience was quite positive - quick response, came to review dishwasher and diagnosed issue.
Since then less than ideal.
1) Second visit - replaced part, didn't stay to check if this had fixed the dishwasher and so dishwasher still broken
2) Third visit - came but realised that the incorrect part had been ordered and so dishwasher still broken
3) Awaiting a fourth visit to see if issue will be fixed
This has occurred over a period of 2 months and dishwasher still not repaired

Terrible experience I tried to resolve but they refused. My 2 year old Bosch dishwasher was not sending enough pressure to the upper rack, technician came out to inspect. Told me pump had failed and needed to be replaced as well as the spray arm (?) but the quote was too much so I bought a new pump and replaced it myself.
When I took out the original pump I instantly saw that there was a piece of plastic stuck inside the pump, which was blocking the impeller blades. This was the cause of the loss of water pressure, and it was clear that the technician did not remove and inspect the pump itself. When I removed the piece of plastic and tested the pump it worked perfectly. And this took me about 20 minutes - their excuse was it would have taken too long to remove the pump and check it. Their service fee was $206, and for that amount you would think they'd check the actual part that was supposedly faulty. Instead the technican ran some cycle tests and took a photo of the pump STILL INSIDE the machine.
I emailed Best Repairs and asked if they would refund the pump cost as if they had completed a proper service and diagnosed the issue in the first place I would not have had to buy a pump but they refused.
So instead I have to leave a 1 star review instead. And if anyone needs a Series 6 dishwasher pump, I now have 2 :D

My technician was efficient and was in and out quickly without any issue. The staff member was friendly and if I ever need assistance again then I’d happily use the service again.

I was very pleased with the installation and removal of a new Dryer from Best Repairs. They were on time for my appointment and it was a seamless installation process. The Serviceman made sure the dryer was working properly and removed rubbish. Thank you. Helen

I had my dryer replaced. The techician was super friendly and efficient! Came in, took down the dryer himself and replaced it within a few minutes with no issues. Also answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend them.

Hi..I had my new stove installed about 2 weeks ago and very happy with the service in general..it was installed in a professional manner, prompt, friendly, helpful and most importantly they arrived in time. I would definitely recommend them highly.. Thank you guys and I wish you well..

From start to finish was amazing the communication was perfect they sorted everything for me I basically just had to make sure I was there. Luke who fitted the new dryer was amazing. 100 percent would recommend for anything you need. Nothing was too much effort.
