Needed wood to match imported timber to fix a table. Roshan was a legend in finding the best wood and varnish for the job - it has come up great. He also helped with sizing it right and odds and ends. I have been here on and off for 20 years and have always been happy.
Fantastic quick and professional service. Highly recommended.

Found the timber materials I needed. Yard man very helpful. Remarkable hidden hardware store!
Cost is an issue.
Short-sighted if seeking customer loyalty and recommendations.
Materials cost 20% higher than nearby ... but in short supply.
Turn off was the defiant $55 min delivery charge for a local, just 4mins and 2km away with a small order. Really!
Asked for afternoon delivery, it came early morning.

Lived in Annandale/Camperdown for over 12 years but never knew this place had a fully stocked hardware store. The young Brazilian guy working in the mill (cutting timber) was a pleasure to deal with (a credit to your company). Ladies at the counter were a pleasure to deal with. All other staff were helpful. My go to hardware store going forward! Great service provided by all!

Just left the Annandale shop with timber for restoring an old garden Bench. The guy that helped me was called Roshan and he was so incredibly helpful helping me right from start to finish. Took the time to help me decide on the timber, and the lengths and sizes. He then cut all the wood perfectly in the exact sizes I needed.
I could not be more complimentary on the quality of service I received today at Swadlings. I didn't have to wait at all, and they spent the time to help me.
Great prices too!
You should definitely go out of your way to go here for your timber and hardware needs.
