We engaged Jade pools to build our family pool. Highly recommend Matt and the team from the initial visit to help us plan and design the pool and answering all our questions to the final hand over to go over the running of the equipment. The office staff of Helen and Robyn were also great and dealing with them made the process with all the paperwork around the pool easy to manage and follow. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to build a pool

I see many people who have had a good experience with Jade Pools but our pool failed in a fairly major structural manner With cracks developing in the walls and floor of the pool, allowing considerable leakage, about 6 years after being built. Repairs were undertaken and it failed almost immediately, so a second round of repairs were done. It failed again but as soon as it fell outside warranty period Jade did not want to know us. This pool is in a very scenic location on the edge of a cliff and quite clearly needed much better structural integrity and foundation work so it could cope with the slight, but inevitable, ground movement that has occurred and critical to a concrete pool. It won a national award soon after completion but it wins no awards with us. Having engaged with a number of other pool builders and repairers the solution is quite simple and now needs to be undertaken, it needs a vinyl liner that will totally seal the water inside the pool, cope with the movements that are occurring and now threatening the structure of the pool. Obviously we we are left with the repair bill to fix it properly even though the problem is the same one that showed itself soon after construction. It would seem they did not have the skill or care to build a pool in such a challenging location. If your pool is a simple one then things may go well as it has for many others but if things do go wrong be aware, that like most of these pool builders, they will not support you as adequately as you would think is decent and you will be left alone to face the very real ongoing stress that is a failing pool.

Glad we used Jade Pool to built our pool. Absolutely great Quality, service and value. Matthew gave a reasonable quote and was always there to cater to our needs. Supervisor and all office staff were also very professional and gave quality advise. Premier people and premium service:-) 7 stars from us.

What a great experience with Jade Pools we have had. After finally settling on a concrete pool over fibreglass, we contracted Jade Pools to get our beautiful hole in the ground started. From day 1 Matt and his team have had great clear communication, kept promises, and ensured our project was moving as best as possible (2022 was fraught with challenges thanks to a wet weather system that hampered the year) The end result is a gorgeous pool that is literally exactly what we were after. Our pedantic approach to the pool colour was always as important to them as it was us and we are very grateful We happily recommend this business

Matthew from Jade pool has been fantastic since the beginning when I starting exploring my pool options. Ours being a side to side and front to back slope it is a difficult site. He has provide me with best and most technical knowledge about council rules and saved me a headache. He is most upfront not pushy and uses top quality equipment. What other pool builders called upgrades (and try to pay you more money) Matthew from Jade provide them as standard. Jade Pools deserve a 7* Star rating and I can’t wait to see my pool being built from them.
