We had some mouldy blinds and searched everywhere for mould resistant blinds. Complete Blinds seemed to have the solution, and claimed to have mould resistant roller blinds. After 2 years, these blinds did indeed get mould on them. and the response was
Palm Beach is made of polyester.
It generally resists moisture but is not guaranteed against mould growth or specified on our swatches.
Unfortunately, we do not offer replacement warranty on this issue.
Be careful you don't fall into this trap, these blinds are not mould resistant, and there is no warranty to cover that.
Excellent service again from Complete Blinds, from measure and quote through to installation and detail and fine tuning while fitting. Highly recommend Complete Blinds and their staff and service people. Always happy to return to them.

Started with Dean who is a complete professional with his approach and suggestions. It was not a case where he wanted us to spend more but rather make the right choice and commercially feasible. We had a slight delay in the delivery of the products given they are all coming in from China. 1 star less for the experience during the scheduling of the installation, the person co-ordinating was super ride and blatantly refused confirming the timing even though this was something that was never discussed. The second time around it was rectified and we were communicated a time range for installation post a delay of a week. The blinds are of good quality and the installation team were a breeze, and wrapped up the entire piece within 3 to 4 hours. Happy with the final product. Will post a review on the quality , durability post the next few months as these are just a month old .. Thanks Dean.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has an eye for details. I am over the moon with my sheer curtains and block out blinds. Everything is exactly as I pictured and their service was top notch, from choosing fabrics to the installation it could not have been better.

Used Complete Blinds for three projects in my home and each time this owner operated firm has offered excellent customer service from quote to completion of job. Will be calling on them in the future for my next project.

Bronwyn the sales assistant who we initially met with was fantastic. The quality of the blinds is good based on our individual choice.
Sadly the after sales service with the company is poor.
I never received a charger for an automatic blind which was installed.
After the blinds were installed we rented out the property.
Now we're back in Sydney in the property and I advised the company I didn't receive the charger.
The customer service lady told me search for it or otherwise $50.
Definitely will not be doing business again with this company based off my after sale experience.

I am very happy with the exceptional service received from Complete Blinds. Nicole and the others in the office, Dean who came to quote and Jason the installer are very professional and knowledgeable in their work and I was impressed that a vacuum cleaner was used to clean up after installation. The process from start to finish went very smoothly due to the excellent communication between myself and the office. I highly recommend Complete Blinds.
