Recently had curtains and blinds installed. The service was exceptional. From sales to installation a seamless process. I recommend Illawarra Blinds for Luxaflex. My third Luxaflex project in 20 years. And probably the best one.

after Accent blinds installed our blinds we found that they would not offer support to service the blinds as in reset the blind limits and fix a blind which skewed when going up and down. I rang Michael at Illawarra Blinds and he promptly organised two technicians. Bruce and Steve arrived on time and proceeded in a very professional and personable manner to reset our blinds to perform better than Accent had left them originally. I would totally recommend Illawarra Blinds for their great service thanks guys you were a pleasure to deal with Garry Brown

I bought many blinds from Illawarra but years later when I need service I do not get a return phone call from Michael.

I just want to say thank you for the wonderful service. I phoned with an enquiry about an attachment for an awning, and I received a reply almost immediately telling me the item was in stock and the price. I called in and picked it up within a couple of hours of my first phone call. This is fantastic service and so very professionally handled. Thank you.
