I write this review only to warn others to not have to ensure such a traumatic experience as I have with my shipping. I would give Move Management Australia ZERO stars if I could. Not only did they delay my overseas move from Australia to Sweden by 9 months past their communicated date on signing with them, they still to this day have not paid out my insurance claim for all the damages they have caused while my goods were in their care. Further to this, they didn’t pay their bills to their European counterpart so that caused further delays where they were going to charge me to deliver my goods from the UK port to Sweden or be charged for everyday it was in their storage. Terrible shipping practices all round by Move Management Australia. I urge you to NEVER use this untrustworthy business. Since they have NOT answered my countless phone calls or emails for months now I will have to refer them to the ombudsman and small claims tribunal. They should not be allowed to get away with dodgy business practices like this.

Highly recommend. Had moved from Sydney to Perth recently. From the first call from Parma who was really helpful and informative. He was very patient and answer all my queries. The pick up was as per scheduled and the removalist were very friendly and professional. What impressed me the most was that all our belongings arrived in Perth in perfect condition and on time. Couldn't be happier. The delivery guys were so helpful even it was raining, everything went smoothly and all in less that an hour. Would highly recommend Movemanagement to anyone who is moving interstate. Great and excellent service.

Had to move furniture to 2 states, SA & Vic, over the Christmas Year end Period. Having worked in the rail and transport industry for 10 years, i knew this would be a challenge. The guys from Move Management not only packed and delivered everything very well, but all items were delivered early in Melbourne and Adelaide. I really appreciated Ivan & Parma's hard efforts, and great communication to make it all happen. Bill in operations was very experienced and much appreciated. Very hard worker this guy. I've moved interstate several times now due to work commitments, and Move Management is the easiest of teams to work with, as well being very competitively priced. Moving peoples belongings local or overseas is complicated and sometimes things out their control can delay, but i really appreciated their honesty and their keen desire to make it all come together. I just felt working with these guys, that you can just trust them. Their experienced and very keen and passion for moving will make sure your belongings arrives on time and safe.

We were moving from Sydney to Adelaide but unfortunately due to some unfortunate incidents we had to leave all our belongings at a self-storage place and rush to Adelaide. We were in desperate situation, until we were introduced to Parma from Move Management. He was very helpful and took good care of us. He arranged the move for us straight away and all our furniture arrived safely and promptly. We had a bit of loose items as we were in a hurry and the removalist packed them nicely when they picked up at the self-storage place. During the whole process he kept us updated with the shipment schedule and we really appreciate his help. We would definitely use them again next time when we are moving interstate again.

I recently used Move management Australia to move myself and my family's belongings from Marrickville in NSW to Perth in WA. I got several quotes for this extensive move and although they weren't the cheapest I went with MMA. The fact that Parma came to my home to quote up the job impressed me. Many other companies simply wanted me to list my items which I felt left me open to extra charges if I didn't get the volumes quite right. The price was reasonable and they could accommodate my other requirements such as possible storage and insurance. The packers worked diligently and politely and left myself and my wife very little to actually do ourselves. On arrival in WA we were staying with family and needed to organise a rental property ASAP. Parma and the team were all very understanding of the situation and worked with us to hold off the shipment until the last minute. In the end the timing worked perfectly, we picked up the keys to our new house and arranged for our belongings to be delivered on the same day. The guys in Perth were as professional and diligent as the guys in Sydney. Everything was unloaded and the furniture was put back together. Nothing was damaged at all. My experience of MMA was excellent from start to finish, they really took most of the stress away and let us concentrate on all the other important things to remember during an interstate move. Thanks parma and team.
