If I could give no stars I would. Never have I left a review for a company, ever. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional, ill mannered, extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. Incapable of customer service and her job or she has never been the first point of contact for this company or any other for that matter. I was inquiring if they had a certain product in stock, she answered the phone as if I had interrupted something more important that she was doing. I asked me question regarding the stock her reply was what about it? I asked again if they had any in stock her reply was a nasty no without even thinking about it. No elaboration of my inquiry she was silent.
Knowledgible and friendly staff good range of products I was happy to buy and support a locally owned business

Pathetic company pathetic managers. Caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home and contractors left tiles open on my roof. due to rain and tiles being left open my ceiling cavity was soaked and Gyprock was destroyed over $10,000 damage to my personal property which the company tried to NOT take responsibility. friend of mine checked roof cavity on their brand-new home which was insulated by insula Industries, to find Insulation Was sitting up high and not tucked in with joice spacing within roof cavity's, This intern causes the roof cavity to not be sealed effectively by insulation batts and does not insure living area is insulated and sealed Affectively.Water damage on my property also affected walls. Gyprock was removed and once removed it was found that bats were missing and gaps were evident everywhere management team are disgraceful disgusting and unprofessional With addressing the issues at hand and resolving the matter . And effectively refused to take responsibility for their pathetic workmanship and conduct. I would not recommend this company to anybody.as it may cost u thousands of dollars and small court claims hearings to address damages caused by insulation industries. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM as they are disgracc to professionalism

Gary and the team really looked after me with price and service on shed insulation. Promptly replied to all my calls and emails. This is a small company that we’re lucky to have in the Newcastle area. Thanks again!
