Do not order from this company! I ordered 2 ADP mirrors for $1,300 on October 20th, never received any further confirmation apart from a charge to my bank account, so requested a cancellation/refund the next day as it seemed shady. To my surprise 5 weeks later I receive an automatic soap dispenser…not what I ordered and not a great deal for $1,300 ?. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, voicemails not returned…now I have to dispute the charge through my bank just to get my money back for something that never arrived.
I can not stress how bad this mob is. Please please do not use these ppl. Unprofessional to the highest level. Nothing they say can be believed. I have a multi million dollar property that had bathrooms in perfect condition for 20 years. I wanted to modernise them. My vanities were in perfect condition. I was told by barbar I could have all my vanities custom made to my liking and design. They are the worst vanities with the worst quality in every aspect. This job was promised to be completed in 20 day. 2 years later it is still incomplete. I had contracted them to do a further 3 bathrooms and a kitchen net upstairs. That was also a night mare still incomplete poor quality I can’t even begin to express how disappointed I am with this mob DO NOT USE THEM. Never reply to your calls. Now they are chasing money and I refuse to pay. Want them to take me to fair trading

They have a terrific range of well priced and quality products. But the best part is they are ever so helpful. They went out of their way to supply a bathroom component that was hard to get.
Great service and good prices, what more does one want?

Do not buy from this company! 100% FALSE ADVERTISING! We purchased a caesarstone vanity benchtop. After purchasing the benchtop there were numerous calls, emails and messages with Omar to follow up the order in terms of delivery. The company does not keep you informed on the progress of the order or delivery. We were initially told that the order would take 10 days and it took up to 3 weeks.
The product that we received was shocking! The benchtop was poorly cut. Square holes were cut for the basins which did not make sense as pipes are cylindrical. The ends of the benchtop did not have a fine finish. There was grease marks all over the benchtop. Our builder’s feedback was that it was the worse caesarstone benchtop seen in the industry.
We had a qualified stonesmason look at it and was advised that the benchtop was not cut by a licensed stonemason and that the person who cut it had damaged the stone and therefore there would be no warranty on it.
Warning other customers who are in the process of renovating or building their home to avoid purchasing from this dodgy company.

Highly unprofessional, rude, poor communication (stopped responding to calls and messages after highlighting the critical defects) and poor quality of work.
They were referred by a close friend of mine. I engaged them to provide materials (tiles, taps, showers, sinks, basins, toilet seats, towel rails and tissue holders) and to do joinery work.
Here are the issues I faced,
General issues:
1) Some of the items were missed in initial delivery, reported and then they were delivered separately - caused delays.
2) Delivered item(s) were different from what I ordered - reported and then got delivered separately - caused delays.
3) One of the granite sink was broken/cracked when delivered, reported and then they took time to deliver new one(more than a month) - caused delays.
Joinery issues,
1) Agreed quoted price was for Natural Oak Ravine (WTR, vanities and upper cabinets of Laundry, Kitchen and WIP) but Natural Oak matt was used throughout - when asked they said it is more expensive and we quoted for Matt.
2) After installing joinery, took 6-8 weeks to install stones (had to call multiple times) - caused delays.
3) The range-hood was not fitting in the space. - The builder waited to get it fixed before scheduling plumbing/final inspection(s), finally after seeing no response requested inspection without it - caused delays
4) The custom vanity drawers had no space for drainpipe.
5) Installation screws were visible in Laundry and WTR for natural oak cabinets(no coverings).
6) Blocked GPO wire when installing drawers in WTR.
7) Missing upper cabinet down plate in kitchen and WIP.
8) Installed short panels in laundry (visible gap between tiles and panels) and installed damaged linen door.
9) Missing kick board in kitchen for dishwasher.
10) Kick board above linen - not installed.
For item 2 to 10 I chased them for more than 3 months (Sep-Dec 2022, may be before September) and then they stopped responding to calls and messages after
23rd December 2022.
Definitely, I was not able to move to my new house without range hood and drawers in vanities(even after getting Occupancy certificate) so I stayed in rental property until I found and engaged someone else to fix issues - Caused delays and stress of finding a new joiner and paying rent and mortgage.
In April 2023 after exactly 4 months after they stopped responding I got a message that we will come and fix the issues now, I did not bother to respond as there was no point of visiting my house.
They came to my house when I was not there and started banging the door and threatening my wife once she opened the door, she ended up calling the police.
I recommended them earlier to few friends during my early engagement and gave them maybe more than 150k worth of business in ACT (friends ended up chasing me saying they are not responding, caused real embarrassment), but now
after my overall experience I will advise everyone to be very careful when dealing dodgy businesses in general and specially when recommending a business to someone you know.

Absolutely do not use this company.
Take full payment then there is no contact. Called and emailed at least a dozen times, always got told something different - my order has been shipped, my order is waiting on something, my order is for local pickup. Absolute joke of a company. Appears to be a scam. No intention of actually providing the products ordered.
In response to company reply to this review:
- I chose to ship to Victoria and a glitch meant that wasn’t processed. I called them immediately and was informed they would issue me with a shipping invoice. Didn’t happen.
- I requested a refund on multiple occasions. Was told the item was shipped when it was not. Was given a tracking number that didn’t exist.
- only issued with a refund when I outlined my rights as a consumer. Refund took 3 days to clear so it was not a same day refund.
- company claimed they would call me back on multiple occasions and this never occurred. Then they started not answering calls from my number.

Bought 2x toilet brushes from them. Received 2 that were completely different to the ones I ordered. Emailed support and they just blamed the manufacturer, saying they had updated the design but kept the same model number which I completely DO NOT believe. Then they didn't respond to my last email and haven't heard from them since.
They haven't even updated the image on their website. Still shows the "old model".

Abbas helped me over the phone and via msg to ensure I purchased the right bath tub, Abbas made me aware of the delays in posting to Melbourne (thanks to covid!) to avoid my disappointment, however Abbas put a priority on our order and it was delivered with in 4 days! the bath tub is the perfect size and is of great quality for a great price! I will be sure to check out Urban designs with any future renovations and will happily deal with Abbas!

Abbas was the most helpful and kind sales consultant I have ever come across, he even responded to texts over the weekend to help with an emergency situation and solved everything for us including giving us an awesome deal. We must have called back and forth about 15 times in a four day period and he was always available, positive, helpful and solution focussed. Not to mention they had all stock available when so many companies at the moment have lengthy back order delays. I couldn't not recommend them more, Abbas and UDBK have literally rescued our renovation from a pretty impossible position we were facing only days ago. I will certainly be using them again!
