I had a great experience, I went into the store completely clueless.
The sales and admin staff with excellent through the process. I needed more tiles once the job had been started etc and they went above and beyond.
Really happy, highly recommended.
The best range of tiles with excellent service, Kim was fantastic, gave great advice and also has a great eye for colours with some great ideas, very grateful.

Morris and his team have been wonderful to help my Mum and Dad choose a suitable time for their Townhouse. Michael who laid the tiles is excellent and cut the edges to match perfectly to how they wanted this to look. Thanks Morris for your patience and excellent service.

World of Tiles have a great showroom with friendly and knowledgeable staff and if you need help choosing tiles for your particular project from their extensive range, are happy to help.
I am renovating my house and have been ordering through World of Tiles several times, always being satisfied with their thoroughness in making sure the order is correct and promptness with supply of tiles.

Maurice and his team have always been very friendly and helpful with advise, support and pricing. We purchased floor tiles for our whole house and then pool + coping tiles afterwards. World of Tiles is also price competitive - so if you're in the Hills save time and head here first (do your research of course!).

I engaged World of Tiles to complete the flooring for my new build about 6 months before they could start the job after handover, Maurice and the team were very helpful to guide us through colors patterns of tiles so that we could choose something that we liked and would match our kitchen colors. Then they were very accommodating to hold materials for such a long time and gave us the option to revisit the colors later on if we wanted to change.
Maurice followed up with me a couple of times to ensure everything was on track and once I had settlement date I called him to book in the installation date which he did with no hesitation.
The installers were very experienced and did a great job, but most of all were really nice during the time they spent doing the job, and even helped me get the fridge in as I did the moving myself
Overall it was a great experience to work with the team at World of Tiles and we are very happy with the end result and the professionalism they showed during the whole process, I’ll definitely be going back when if I ever need tiling again

It was great working with World Of Tiles for our kitchen renovations. They were able to accommodate for the mistakes we made and were very responsive and flexible. They have a great selection of tiles and we are very happy with the tiles they supplied us with - no quality issues whatsoever. The tiles look amazing too in our new kitchen. We will definitely be using World Of Tiles for any future renovations!
