I phoned Australian Pest Services believing I had an infestation of bed bugs and wanted to get my home fumigated...I was asked a lot questions particularly describing the bites on my body ...after a while he said they weren't from bed bugs and that he thought I had some sort of allergy. After a visit to the hospital to get relief from the itching...it turned out he was correct What impressed me was his genuine attempt to understand my problem and was more concerned about heading me in the right direction rather than just doing what I asked knowing it was not right...honesty in business is rare

We had this company do our pre purchase (EDDIE) only for them to miss 500k termite damage, when we moved In we had live termites (sever) when sent through pictures to EDDIE he came next morning and pumped my wall with foam, than after in front off my wife he said that would be 3k, than ask me to walk out side and ask me to give him $1,500.00 cash and will call it even, trying to keep off the books, after not having a idea off termite, they also missed 12 visible termite tracks through out our house, when asked to be compensated, he lied and told his insurance company (RAPID) that my wife and I already owed the house, and we only wanted timber report, but we have a email for this dirt bag saying congratulations on purchase of new property prior to moving in these are my services, DO NOT TRUST EDDIE OR HIS COMPANY, I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL RUNNING, GREAT JOB YOU FLOPS
