A real disappointment. Started strongly - promised delivery before Christmas 2022 and still waiting for our final cabinets. We understand some supplier issues but don't understand why we have to continually chase, check deliveries for completeness to advise many missing parts and get made up promises of "next week" over several weeks/ months. We had install lined up but got dropped and then told we are back of the queue.
I can only assume that as we paid in full before expected final delivery they no longer care about customer service.

Great people to deal with. I have purchased two kitchens from DIY and both have been good quality. Very easy to install with basic tools. Would highly recommend this place.

We phoned up DIY and made an appointment to meet with Damian. His attention to detail in the planning of our new kitchen was brilliant. Damian was always keeping us in the loop (even though it arrived late) that was something which was not in his control so not his fault. We were very pleased with the final result of us putting it all together in our little 1880 cottage here in Crookwell NSW. Thanks so much DIY and Damian.

Thankyou DIY Australia and Nicole, our design consultant for the wonderful new Kitchen you supplied for our apartment. The whole process from the design to the delivery of cabinets was seamless. I also appreciate your assistance and advice during installation.
We have a beautiful high quality Polyurethane kitchen, a much higher end product than we thought our budget could afford.
Having such a great experience dealing with DIY i can thoroughly recommend them. I am already in contact for my next project.

Amazing transformation, added $100,000 to the house value according to house valuation experts. You changed our kitchen from a u-shape kitchen with limited light to a bright open plan kitchen everyone loves. We used Quantum Quartz Calacutta Gold benchtop and Hampton style doors which compliments our Federation style bungalow house. We are coming back for an outdoor kitchen also in the Hampton style!

From our initial visit to the showroom, Damian gave us some great ideas that we would never have thought of on our own. We took advantage of the design service and Kate paid our home a visit and again gave us plenty of excellent advice. We ordered the carcasses and they arrived when promised and were of excellent quality. Taking advantage of the assembly service saves a lot of time and hassle - a free offer when I purchased my kitchen.
I am relatively handy, and did most of the work myself apart from the electricals, plumbing and stone benchtops. The factory staff were always available to answer any queries I had - and there were quite a few! The only small issues I had were some fittings being unavailable for a few weeks, due to COVID creating shortages in the industry and a couple of incorrect parts sent out - but all issues were fixed to my satisfaction.
In a nutshell, we were able to get a kitchen with a high end finish, custom fit cabinets and quality hardware for less outlay than the equivalent standard dimension kitchen would have cost from the sausage sizzle people. DIY are a very honest company to deal with.

We would like to tell you about our kitchen remodel. We got quotes from 2 kitchen places to remodel our kitchen! One came back with a quote we simply couldn’t accept and the other one didn’t even bother to send us a quote. We then looked at flat pack kitchens and we had the choice of 3! We went with DIY Australia for a couple of different reasons:
1. Australian made product
2. Custom made - we had a difficult space that generic flat packs didn’t work!
3. Customer service - Damian was a pleasure to work with throughout.
4. A quality product - we were actually surprised by how good it was.
We would have no hesitation recommending DIY Australia to the average handyman!
We did have a couple of minor issues but with Damian’s help they were quickly and efficiently resolved! We love our new kitchen!
