Relocation Services Australia was incredibly helpful and kind facilitating directly our easy and smooth relocation to Australia! Through their relocation packages, they fully introduced Sydney to us while we were still living abroad and helped us narrow down where we wanted to live. From there, Sue and Danica helped us through constant clear communication, pick multiple rental properties to visit, and then go on multiple viewings for us. In the viewings, they were able to send us additional pictures and videos, ask our questions to the agents, and help us apply directly to the listing. Through their services, we were able to find a rental property in Sydney before arriving in Australia, as they sent over and tailored our documents to act as intermediaries between us and the rental agents so that we could provide all additional required information. We are incredibly grateful for all their help and effort in finding our current apartment. Beyond this, they also helped us set up the wifi and utilities in the apartment, and settle into Australia/the neighborhood. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone seeking to relocate to Australia!
