Spoke to their receptionist, she was so rude. Told me it takes 10 mins for them to receive my email and she can’t help me and no one can speak to me. I said no worries I’ll call back in 10 mins when you get the email and she said ‘cool’ and hung up on me. Absolutely appalling

Have been really hesitant on whether to get approval through bankstown council or a private certifier, however since finding out that certifiers not only process construction certificate approvals quicker, they do the whole lot from start to finish and take a fraction of the time the council takes. I approached many certifiers since I was clueless and this company Took the cake for running me through everything there is to know about the building process and how they can help. With my OC just about done and I’m this close to moving in, all gratitude goes to the team at com construction, from their lovely staff, their professionalism and emails/calls to notifying me with any change and helping me find the right people to work on my development. Kudos to the lovely young man that explained to me the documents that I needed. Biggest thanks to Orans the main man behind this lovely masterpiece.
