I built a new home and used Robbie for the garage doors.
3 months after the doors started malfunctioning. we called Robbie who promised to come but never showed up.
we then called him again and was going to voice mail, so I changed my number to private and it rang through. I realized he had blocked my phone number.
Robbie is very unprofessional, work quality is very poor, and he blocks customers number that call him back for maintenance.
I have read the other reviews and all seem to be his friends and family with fake reviews.
Garages and gates installed a new motor on Thursday 29 February and by Saturday it had failed to work twice. Totally incompetent. Sunday afternoon the garage gate is still open posing a security risk for all who access the parking.

Robbie & the team were very easy to deal with; they were very professional & polite.
They diagnosed the problem with my garage door & repaired it with no issues. I would highly recommend this business to anyone if they have garage door problems ?

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Robbie. I had an issue with my electric sliding gate and was told i needed to replace the board and possibly motor by another gate repair person.
My gate would open and close or close and open no more than 300mm.
I only came across Robbie and his service while looking for the replacement board. I was given his number by a rep and from the moment we spoke, I had great confidence that he would be able to sort out my issue.
He came out and fixed the issue with no motor or board having to be replaced. He adjusted the gate, programmed my board correctly and now had the gate running better than we had it before.
I highly recommend Robbie for anyone.
He is highly professional, very knowledgeable and honest which is hard to find.

My motorised garage door and gate were programmed on separate remotes and I wanted them to be centralised onto the one. Robbie and his team were responsive and was able to provide this service on time. They were confident, knowledgeable and transparent with the service they provided which was great. I definitely will continue using their services and will recommend them to other business', family and friends.
