33 Months and counting to finalise our Comminsure Home Insurance claim. Claim Approved. Simple issue, fire in a flue cavity from a wood heater. Our home is in a snow fall area in Winter. Claims Central Group oversee the most disgraceful home insurance claims process we have had the misfortune to experience. And we are still experiencing. May 2022 until Feb 2024 and still NOT completed. The most incompetent Claim Central Works Co-Ordinator. Can't live in the home, can't rent it, can't sell it... Still have to pay our Comminsure premium for a sorry excuse for a service. Claims Central Group should hang it's head in shame. Next week when we have no resolution to this fiasco, names from Comminsure and Claims Central Group will start to appear on my weekly review. Details will become greater, a little story, lets say. If I could give NO stars I would.

I have now been working with claim central for well over a year now. They made a lot of promises at the start and have not delivered on any of them. I'm currently fighting to get my last 10k out of this company. which has not been paid due to their own incompetence within their internal team of staff. their own team members did not process variations correctly so I have had to wait over 6 months for them to resolve this, with the impending possibility of them not even paying despite the works being completed to a satisfactory standard. Not once have I been paid within their 45 day payment terms and currently waiting on a 20k payment that has taken 4 months to be processed. As a trade I would advise any trade to steer clear of claim central. They are poorly organised and created more head aches then it is worth to try and get paid. I will update this review once payments have been finalised and outcome will be added to this post.

So this happened on 29th September 2023 at 0740 am. I was driving on Tonkin Highway south just near welshpool road ( WA ) intersection my car was hit from behind by one of the claim central Ute ( number plates last two alphabets KH ). I reported it to the insurance company and claim central. I took the car to the smash repairs and they assessed the damage. I then reported it to the claim central and received a call back from one of their head managers confirming the accident. When I lodged the claim and proceeded further to get the vehicle fixed claims central denied and refused the liability. I hope that your calls are monitored. How can you agree and accept the liability and then the next change and refuse. I was assured over the phone by their manager that it will be sorted and I don’t have worry about it or report it to police since I didn’t had the driver’s details who was at fault. I can’t believe how can they actually do it tbh. Very gutted and disappointed. Luckily I had the community support and I decided to fight it further. I am not going to pay for anything as it wasn’t my fault, my car was hit from behind by one of your ute, so it’s your responsibility to fix it.

I was very impressed with the service by Claim Central. The work was carried out to a high standard. Just one detail that has not been finished. I have waited several weeks for the plasterer to come back to fit the manhole cover. I didn’t get a reply from my last message. Hoping that you can follow up for me. Thank you

Can someone please call All Flooring Solutions on 3865 8643 - we have made numerous attempts to contact your office in regards to an outstanding invoice of $500 that is over 3 months old. We undertook a report for you in good faith however you appear to be avoiding paying your bill. We are a small family business and rely on people paying their invoices in a timely manner.
