Exceptional service - these guys are the best! Garage door drama that Rick sorted out ASAP - it was an easy fix that he happily troubleshot with me over the phone. We were not a previous customer, yet Rick took the time out to help us and resolve the issue. Will definitely use these guys again. Thank you Rick!

I can't fault these Guys. With excellent ongoing communication, they were punctual, professional, helpful, friendly and they did a great job. My door was assessed and I was given a price before the work was started. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel or Lucas. My garage door is now running smoother than when it was originally installed. I am a very happy customer and happy to recommend them to others.

Exceptional product but what has prompted me to write this review is the exceptional service. Having complained about paying more than I had anticipated for a top of the line B&D roller door, I received a response within 25 minutes at night - the owner is clearly proud of the business’ good reputation and waiting until working hours the following day was not an option. My complaints were addressed with dignity and honesty and restitution was offered - despite my learning that much of the miscommunication had actually been my fault. The customer service from beginning to end has been terrific, as were the technicians who installed the product. Honesty is important to me and this review is well deserved.

My garage door broke when the spring snapped and I needed to get it replaced. I got a quote from another company but The Garage Guys were cheaper by a few hundred dollars and their communications were also better. The service from them was great from start to finish, although there was quite a wait over the Christmas period, but that was to be expected. I'm very happy with the job they did. They took away all the rubbish and the old door, and left the garage in good condition. I had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Rick and Lucas did an awesome job today. They came to replace the Torsion spring on one of my doors and did a little maintenance the other. They came on time, even gave a heads up with an eta. Very friendly and reliable. Definitely Reccommend! 5 stars. Thanks guys!
