Beshoy was a fabulous technician and on time. He was efficient and quiet and a very knowledgeable person re his job and about the termites. Discussed report with me and was well mannered and polite throughout. I was happy with the job and the HP account which I had forgotten we had signed up to.Lovely surprise. Excellent service. Nick the inspector was an awesome guy. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and funny. He even went out of his way to explain how protection works and told me a bit about termites. The lady from customer service was the same. Cheers Flick for wonderful service. Well done.

Nick and Tristan provided an excellent service despite my very messy house and golden retriever puppy that wanted to be in on all the action! They gave lots of tips about pest prevention and did a thorough warranty check of my new home. Great service!

From the 1st stage of contacting the office to arrange my pest control service to the service carried out, I would highly recommend Flick. Customer service was excellent and Campbell Bateman was extremely professional. He explained everything he was going to do. Extremely happy with the work carried out.

Been with Flick for over 10 years, and was thinking of moving. Highly recommend after today, shout out to the technician Corey-Paul who did both internal and external pest control. Was amazing, promptly fixed up with HO that I required both internal and external service (mistakenly booked in for external only). Was really helpful and careful, not spraying all my daughters things and making a concerted effort to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the service.

Flick company service is excellent. They have provided me with service for the last 8 years and their service has been excellent. Shannon has performed termites inspection and sprayed our home for the last two years. He is an experienced technician who is keen to provide excellent service. He explains the details and gives full advice.

I recently had some work done. Scott from Flick Pest Control Sydney first did an initial application . He returned a few times without any reminders. Provided a courtesy message before arriving. He was polite, respectful and did the job well. He also was considerate and removed a few timber pieces for me. He had also done my annual inspection and did it thoroughly without cutting corners. Very happy with his service.
