A very smooth process. From the moment we first met with Ian until installation of our carport was under 2 weeks. Everyone we dealt with at ATS was amazing. It was only a small job but the ATS team were great to work with and we would highly recommend them. We are very happy with our carport - thank you ATS!
We are so thrilled with our awning - professionalism was clear from our first interaction with ATS. The team helped us to solve some space issues with our driveway to ensure that we could still fit our car in the space with the awning poles and so that we didn't have a downpipe blocking our view out the window. We also have a sloped driveway and information about the height at the lowest end of the awning was provided to us before going ahead. The colour design advice was also perfect. The whole process was also much faster than expected! Please pass on our sincere thanks to everyone in the team who made it happen, especially Tom, Dave and Dan.

We recently had an awning built onto the rear of our house by ATS Awnings, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial design phase to scheduling and the final build, everything was executed perfectly. The awning has exceeded our expectations in both functionality and aesthetics.
The installers were exceptionally courteous and considerate, ensuring that the job was done to the highest standard and with zero disruption to our own routine. Recently we decided to put up a carport to protect our new vehicle, after a few other quotes we called ATS out before making a final decision. ATS sent Rod out to discuss our options and we were very impressed with his professional and friendly approach from the start. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and within 45 minutes I had an electronic quote inc drawing, dimensions and materials which was all done on site.
To our delight, ATS put up our carport well ahead of schedule and it exceeded all of our expectations.
A big thanks to Rod, both Ian's, Luke and the entire ATS team for a great and seamless job.

We have an Aquagym spa next to our back deck ATS awnings added to our existing awning a new awning covering the spa providing protection from the weather especially the hot sun. We live in Newcastle and distance was no problem for their Penrith team from the first contact to the install they were professional polite and accomodating. The quote was highly competitive with local companies. ATS uses high quality Australian materials and guarantee their work, I highly recommend their work.

ATS built an insulated patio roof for us about 2 months ago, and since then, it's held up perfectly through several storms and heatwaves.
The process for drafting the plans was great and the salesperson was very knowledgeable in recommending us the exact product for our needs. Price was also competitive.
Construction itself only took half a day, and the craftsmanship is superb; the roof is nicely integrated into the rest of the house, as if it had always existed.
Our only complaint is that the construct waste was left in our backyard for a couple days; it's a minor thing. If you're hiring ATS (which I highly recommend), just make sure you prepare a spot that the workers can leave waste products that's away from curious children.

ATS awnings & additions built a custom Verandah and Carport on the front of our house a few weeks ago and we couldn't fault them. From the moment we received our quote right up until the finished design. Their professionalism, communication and quality of their work has been outstanding! We are 100% satisfied with their completed project and have already received so many wonderful compliments from people passing by.
