I would highly recommend the Property Development Insights course run by Phillip, to anyone wishing to seek knowledge in this area. The course was wonderful and inspiring, and put me back into action after a time out of the market. Not only is the course highly engaging and educational, it is relayed in a very understandable way within a small group of like-minded people, where you get the opportunity to ask lots of questions. If you are thinking of undertaking a project, are involved in a project or need a refresher, this is the course for you.

The Property Development Insights course provides a through review of the process that needs to be undertaken to minimise risks and maximise profit for any property developer. The course content and supplied lecture notes capture Phillip Hoare’s many years experience in the field and the lessons he has learnt. The guest speakers that attend and who are specialists in some of the individual areas such as legal, environmental and finance give the course an additional level of detail which is supported by the real world case studies that are included.
The individual lectures are conducted at a snappy pace allowing time for discussions and sharing of the experiences amongst the participants. Phillip is generous with his time and allows questions and discussion to flow through the lecture while ensuring that participants stay on track with the topics of the individual lectures.
I would recommend that anyone who is considering taking on a development project or working in the associated industries undertake the Property Development Insights course.
