Had the displeasure of meeting a graduate engineer from your company. Arrogant, disrespectful, aggressively rude in person and over email, and dismissive of safety concerns. Shocking attitude like I am wasting his time and he has more “important things” to do in his “important job”. Having a childish tantrum the entire time (rolling his eyes, muttering under his breath). I suggest your employees should go through mandatory customer service and professional training. If this is the type of people you are recruiting through your graduate programs and representing your company to the public, you’re further damaging your reputation in the industry.

I recently encountered an unfortunate situation involving a CPB Contractors company vehicle with the license plate number CV 36 ZA. The vehicle was parked in our designated parking spot, Penrith, causing inconvenience and frustration. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I believe it is crucial for a professional company to ensure its staff is aware of parking regulations and shows respect for private property. This incident, involving vehicle CV 36 ZA, reflects poorly on CPB Contractors and has negatively impacted my perception of the company.

Dear CPB contractors Today (Sunday the 23/3/21) one of your drivers using a ute with your corporate logo & the license plate CX 05 JL drove through the Sydney Airport tunnel in a reckless & dangerous manner. I hope this matter will be treated with the appropriate severity as it put my family in danger. In the event it's not I am posting this as a warning to people to avoid using this company if they employ such unhinged individuals.
