I would not recommend anyone to buy a property from this developer. I bought my first property from them and already regretting it. All the equipment used were faulty and they won't even take responsibility for anything. I had to chase them for 5 months to get my Air Con working and now started having plumbing issues which is not even reimbursed. My plumber told me the product was faulty and needed to be replace. I would not expect anything to be faulty in first 6 months of a brand new property. PIA sold me this property and even they do not take responsibility for this.
Great people & ethics. Dealing with them has been a breeze. For the duration of the contract they completed works as anticipated, $22m contingency wiped. Will engage again! Thanks guys

Have emailed and numerous phone calls trying to get in touch with someone in the After Care Section re some outstanding defect issues but no one returns your calls. When I ring and talk to the receptionist she tells me that she will send them a messsge to return my call but never happens. Won’t give out the mobile numbers and I am being told that they don’t have landline numbers only mobiles.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jad Maroun and assisting his business in securing a new office at Parramatta Square. As an independent tenant rep, the best working relationship with a client is when both parties collaborate. The tenant rep feels like you have become the client's colleague for the project's duration. That was the feeling I had while working with Jad and his team. At the commencement of my engagement, we formulated a property strategy and process which ensured all of the Lords Group's needs and wants for a new office were met. Along the way, several problems needed to be solved, but strong teamwork, good communication, and expert knowledge showcased by all involved ensured a successful property outcome was achieved. I look forward to visiting Lords Group's new office once the pending fitout works are completed and continuing our ongoing relationship.

Lords Group are an excellent commercial and residential builder. They have a strong name in the industry and deliver a high quality product on all their projects and for their repeat clients. I would highly recommend this company for any complex building projects in the commercial and residential space.
