We had the pleasure of engaging Alan in two instances for purchasing a property. Alan was very thorough with his inspections. He was very approachable and took his time to explain the findings. Especially the pre-purchase inspection report was very detailed, easy to understand and Alan had noted the required trade for each and every rectification works required. We would recommend Alan to anyone looking for a pre-purchase inspection or looking for a structural engineer.
As professional and brilliant as it gets. Alan was able to exceed our expectations with an inspection and report for what we needed and delivered. Definitely my go to for an engineer.

I had a very positive experience working with Alan. He is very thorough and detailed in his inspections. He was very patient and explained the issues to me very clearly. He went above and beyond taking multiple phone calls from me and my builder as we worked through his recommendations.
