Exceptional and outstanding customer service from start to finish. The team was incredibly polite and efficient. Their telephone etiquette and preparation and organisations tips were phenomenal, and as someone with no assembly experience, booking Ozzy on The Move gave me the confidence that they were the correct people for the task. They also are proficient at following up compared with other companies because they exert effort and desire your business. As an occupied individual, I genuinely appreciated the follow-up. On the designated day, they were very lively and sincere and transparent regarding logistics and timing. They are knowledgeable and can think creatively to accommodate any potential obstacles. Contacted Ozzy on the Move a few weeks ago but finally booked with another company. The first company I hired, which appeared reputable with a good-looking website and over 1000 Google reviews, quoted me a higher price, and I regretfully chose them. What a mistake that was! I have three young kids, and my house was all packed to go. The first company made me wait the whole day and then refused, leaving me in trouble. Ozzy on the Move has proven to be a much better, more reliable choice. These guys managed to fit me in at short notice on the same day and still honored the quoted price I requested weeks ago. Two guys and a medium-sized truck arrived at 7 pm; they were a bit late, but understandable due to heavy traffic around the city that day. My previous home was in a busy area in Newtown with narrow roads. The guys quickly found a proper loading zone and got to work promptly. Both were super friendly and professional—delightful guys to work with overall. Highly recommended! I will definitely call them again.

Absolutely amazing experience. I've had few moves and pretty horrendous experiences but these guys were amazing. Savv was very accommodating and flexible as we had delays with getting our house. On moving day the movers were very professional, they handled all items with care and didn't waste anytime. Two hours door to door job done. I have some boxes in temporary storage I will be in touch @Savv and team to have it moved. I highly recommend these movers. Give them ago.
