Matt went out of his way to ensure the products and wiring were of the highest quality. All this while he was working solo, as his Offsider was layed low with the flu. I’d happily recommend Aurora Solar as they are honest and won’t use substandard components. While this makes the price in the midrange, I am confident that I won’t experience issues that a cheaper install might present later on.

He was very patient and answered all our questions. He responded to texts as well as calls and has exceptional customer service. He's now installed the panels and done an excellent job. He and his colleague were friendly and polite throughout the install, even stopping to chat with my inquisitive toddler. Matt and his team at Aurora Solar were fantastic. From quote to install and setup, nothing was too much trouble. Very professional from start to finish and will monitor the system in case of any issues. I never stopped with the questions and Matt took the time to explain everything perfectly. I was also impressed with how the panels look on the roof, perfectly set out and not a cable or wire to be seen. Very neatly done. He even suggested to mount the inverter in my garage to keep it protected from the weather. 4 hours after the system was turned on and already made half my daily energy usage in guilt free power. Can't wait to get my first bill. Thanks again Matt.
