Level 33 is a great company with excellent customer service. We purchased a property in Alexandria, developed by Level 33. There was some minor defects to the property, to which Level 33 responded to immediately when notified. All issues were rectified with great craftmanship. Would definitely consider purchasing another property developed by Level 33. Thank you to Stacey & Carla for staying on top of the excellent repairs team.

I have dealt with many property developers in my many years in the industry and none come close to the service and care provided by Stacey McNally. Her professionalism and diligence is unparallelled. Would highly recommend working with Stacey and the team at Level 33.

I have had the privilege of purchasing two properties the past few years from Level 33. They were both brand new and I have enjoyed living in the apartments so far. The process of purchasing was smooth and drama free, particularly the first time around as a first home buyer. Any defects post settlement have been diligently addressed by Carla and the repairs team. Some of the contractors have been difficult to get a hold off but the repairs team works hard to get them to respond and rectify defects of their products.

My partner and I live in a unit at Alta Miranda Buildings, in Miranda NSW. A couple of years ago we started having issues with water leaking from the main bedroom window. It's been a long and painful process, lasted over a year (with, at times, lack of communication from Office/Building Management), but eventually the problem was fixed. I understand that there are so many units here that need repairs, and the Team was overloaded with work, but I feel that the process could have been sped up a bit. More recently, we asked for replacement of the ensuite basin, that was cracking, after only 5 years after purchasing the property off the plan. This supposed simple and quick job lead to a more extensive task that the Team had to face. Buggy, Jack and the team have been great and always on task. Thanks guys for coming over so many times...! Unfortunately, can't say the same about the tiler, who's job wasn't satisfying, not once, but several times.... It's painful for us, and more costly for you. So, as feedback for the Company, I just want to point out this lack of care and precision by a contractor -I guess- in executing a particular task: please make sure you supervise carefully before assigning a job to someone. Apart from that, and the endless back and forth with Carla in the Office, who I thank for her responsiveness, we are happy with the (finally!) completion of the job and with the professionalism of Jack, Buggy and Team. So, I give 4 stars out of 5 as an encouragement to do better and improve the services in the future! Thanks, Paolo
