Totally I will say Jeff and team are great! We are a customer in WA and booked a small pool with them. From the beginning to the end, everything is just through email but very smooth and instant. Jeff shows his patience, professionalism and great customer service. After their arrangement with delivery company, the well-packed order arrived in Perth safely and successfully. We are very happy with our above ground pool!
From the start Jeff was very friendly and answered all our hundreds of questions that we had, and he has always been so quick to reply. Jeff made the council approval, plans and certifying process so easy that was included in the package. The quality of their product is the best on the market hands down. We couldn’t care less about having an in ground pool, us and our kids love our pool so much. The swim step that affordable pools have is the best thing ever for little kids too.

Affordable pools provides the best customer service. Jeff was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend if wanting your dream of owning your own pool for your family to come alive. If you’re thinking of getting a pool in your backyard. Please don’t go past Jeff at Affordable pools. We got our pool through them. Pool was delivered as promised. We had the pool installed by an installer. I would rather not reveal who the installer was. We ran into problems that were nothing to do with affordable pools and out of our control to do with council approval. Please note that council love to make life difficult for no reason. We reached out to Jeff to try getting us out of a big hole that we were in with council. Mind you Jeff has already been fully paid and did his bit. Without hesitation he has helped us all the way doing all he can to get things through. I recommend Jeff to anyone looking to put a pool in. I really can’t thank him enough.

Excellent customer service. Being in Queensland all my dealings were via email or phone. It did not seem to matter whether it was for pre purchase advice or seeking assistance on pool construction, on all occasions time was taken to discuss my needs or concerns. Product quality was good, instructions were comprehensive and allowed myself and two sons to install our pool and complete landscaping in just over one week. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a pool purchase or upgrade.
