They’ve ruined my bathrooms and kitchen with the wrong grout colour. We have chased the consultant over a week. After having the first conversation with Tammy she never responded our call. We phoned over n over but every time either she was busy or her colleagues promised us that she is going to give us a call but that never happened. As she realised it was her mistake. And after everything the manager just said “sorry” and gave us the options but we have to pay for that… First of all very limited collections and on top very expensive. Right after the consultation the she asked us to sign and we had no clue about their colour code. As it didn’t mention black or white grout. My husband asked the lady over and over again please make sure every where is matching grout. Especially regarding my kitchen tiles and grout. She said “yes yes”. And that” yes” turned my dream into nightmare. Interestingly they have done only one bathroom althrough matching grout but for the rest of the bathrooms wall tiles all white grout as well as the kitchen . Wish I could give 0 start rating.

Flooring and tile selection - amazing. Staff - even better. Could not have asked for a more positive experience! We started our appointment with Julia who helped us pick our laminate flooring. Her honesty and openness when helping us decide made a potentially tricky decision so much easier, considering the colour we had our heart set on has been discontinued. She let us know about practical things like warmth and cleaning and didn’t try to push us into anything more expensive. She even took the time to allow us to look up our furniture to compare colours. So kind. We then went to Shannen to choose our tiles. Her patience and guidance throughout the experience was incredible. When we had to make a big (and pretty pricey) decision she didn’t pressure us, rather she let us take our time and even come back when we had more information. She gave us advice, listened to our wishes and helped us to bring our piecemeal vision to life. She went through everything in minute detail to make sure we were 100% across what our home will look like. All this to say - the staff at Don’s are open, inviting, helpful, transparent and supportive. Could not recommend them more.

These people have ruined my kitchen. Look at the different cuts I would have liked a phone call before deciding with this placement. The tiler in charge was rude and despite my request to come and see the job face to face for a discussion he declined any solution. Disappointed with builder who use this company. Stay away if possible.

At first my wife and i where a bit worried about going to our appointment after reading these reviews.. Once we got there we where greeted by Cathy she was a great help and made our choice of picking tiles very easy!! Only issue i had with the process is that they didn't have sample tiles for us to take home, but she organised samples for us which turned a few days later, so i really cant complain..
