Super professional and friendly service, Jennifer from customer service was great and apologetic when the repairman's truck broke down and we had to reschedule (accidents happen!). I highly recommend The Window Guy to repair your windows. I chose the Window Guys because they had good reviews and I can say I had a fantastic experience too. The two technicians were polite and asked if I wanted them to take their shoes off which I really appreciated. They were careful not to make a mess and did not damage anything. They were very patient in fixing three windows which I wasn’t convinced was achievable as the frames are not 100% square. I can now open and close the windows properly. Honestly, I would not bother with anyone else because they did such a great job and didn’t damage anything in the process.
