I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation and share my exceptional experience while residing at Unit 408, 311 Hume Hwy, managed by ALAND. Over the past 1.8 years, my stay has been nothing short of outstanding, and I feel compelled to convey my gratitude.
The property itself is superb, offering a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained living environment. The meticulous care and attention to detail exhibited by the management team have significantly contributed to my positive living experience. Their dedication to maintaining high standards is truly commendable.
My interactions with ALAND’s management team have consistently been positive. They have shown remarkable professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction. Their proactive approach to addressing any concerns has made my stay seamless and enjoyable.
I would like to extend special thanks to Georgia, the sales person who assisted me during the lease signing process. Her exceptional support and flexibility, particularly when I requested assistance with cleaning on 23/08/2023 due to a late-night flight, were greatly appreciated. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference.
Regrettably, I must relocate to the USA for a study program, which necessitates my departure from this wonderful property. If not for this opportunity, I would have gladly continued my stay here. My time with ALAND has been an enriching and positive experience, and I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

I recently bought a unit from merrylands gladstone village with the help of the amazing Joel Perry ! he was absolutely incredible helping me in every way possible to make my dream of a home owner a reality!! Highly recommending Joel as he was with me every step of the way as I was contacting him at midnight sometimes also connecting me with the right people to sort out my finances huge thank you Joel Perry !

I recently bought a property in Schofields, Jasmine from Aland. I have to thank Pete from Aland, profusely for his professionalism, knowledge, guidance, patience and support.
I have called Pete on a Sunday morning for clarification on the contract. I can say with certainty that 100% percent of time, he has picked up and answered all my questions with patience. I was able to approach and communicate with Pete about any issue regarding the new apartment that I am buying. Pete made the process of buying the property very smooth, positive and effective.
