Terrible stone, terrible ppl. Charged me a 2k fee because they,and their installers couldnt get their act together and installers took longer than they should have. They charged me $2062.50 (to be exact) to come back because they didnt leave openings for lights to go in the first time, HELLO? ITS A BACK LIT STONE? Obviously it's getting lights In it. So i had to pay my electricians twice and them a cancelation fee.Why did i have to pay for their stuff up? They also attached a frame inside the stone which shows through the stone when lit up and because of the frame, there's no lights around the sides of the stone which looks terrible. I paid 30k for this BTW. And I had to pay otherwise they were not coming back. They also tried to charge me $1500 cancellation fee the time before this because I "supposedly cancelled" which I didn't! I had my electricians waiting for them (wasted electricians day and also incured a fee from them too) I NEVER CANCELLED they just didn't show up. Mind u my job kept on getting pushed back everytime something happened, my Slab was bought from marable slab house, the communication between them to was terrible. Narable was kind enough to pay my fake cancelation fee but Marble hub took advantage of me and tried to charge me every chance they got. I DO not recommend and I hate my kitchen because of them.

Marble Hub did an amazing job renovating my bathroom, including installing a stunning marble basin. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail from start to finish. Great from start to finish. We were initially considering engineered stone, but they had such an interesting range of natural stone selections we decided on quartzite. Tracy and Anna were really responsive, and within a week or so I'd picked the slabs and the design was underway. We did a layout so the nice elements on the slabs would land where we wanted, and it turned out just as we'd anticipated. The wait is definitely a bit longer than for other providers, but they did their very best to get us in as early as they could, thanks to Alice the scheduling guru. I can see why they're busy though - the guys were there for a full day installing 3 slabs worth of benches and backsplash, and did a fantastic job. They made fine adjustments to make the joins really tiny, and put enormous care into it. If I find myself needing another stone bench, I'll be back!

I searched many marble suppliers and marble hub was by far the best for quality service and time. Edith and the team were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I finished my bathroom, laundry and kitchen and I’m extremely happy with the results.

Outstanding customer service. Everything was timely and installed in less than an hour. Installation was on the 1st may 2023 and it has been a great benchtop to work with.
I would highly recommend marble hub to everyone. My review was delayed but no complains at all ?

I have used Marble hub on three occasions now and always been happy with their service. They have a large range of slabs in both engineered and natural stone. Everything went smoothly from quote, check measure to installation. I would definately use marble hub again for future projects.

Even with some glitches on the installation day, the installers easily fixed them, and the outcome came out right, to my liking.

I want to thank Tim and the whole team at Marbel Hub for their professional and outstanding service. I couldn't have been more happier with the granite stone for my kitcken. Turned out to be stunning. Their prices were extremely decent and their installer's were skilful and pleasant to deal with.

We have just replaced our kitchen island and we couldn't be happier with the results. From our initial visit to the showroom to installation the process was seemless. The quote based on my design and measurements was done instantly by Chantelle on our initial visit and the price was fantastic. The team arrived on time and were very professional. We requested a date for the installation to be done and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend Marble Hub and will be using them again in future for my next project. The kitchen island looks so good it is beyond our expectations. Our friends are in awe at the results.
