Terrible COVID 19 protocols. Their ‘COVID Marshalls’ walk around with no Masks, they also cram as many people they can into their lifts during the worst part of the pandemic. Very disappointing.

I had twelve sandstone piers replaced by the GeotechBuild team. All work was done in a professional manner. Site access was difficult and the team done an excellent job with the installation of the steel replacement piers and kept to the work schedule and agreed price. I would recommend GeotechBuild for this type of work.

I bought a 3 bedroom apartment off the plan from Built (George and Allen at Waterloo, NSW 2017). Unknown to me, a few months after I signed and paid my deposit Built was already talking to council about changing the plans... basically to convert my 1 apartment space into 5 separate smaller apartments. This was before anything was even constructed, which meant that they were never going build my place. I found out about all this 1 year later! There was no comparable alternative offered or compensation offered. I was just told to cancel the contract and go away. I'm not the only one affected... it seems everyone has had some change in their plans. I wouldn't trust these guys with buying off the plan. Yes, they might have a reputation of building good commercial buildings, but they will screw you over at any opportunity to make more money. A contract is not worth the paper it's written on for these guys! BEWARE!!! It's your hard earned cash after all, but you're nothing but a profit number to them.
