I recently had the pleasure of working with DY Constructions on an office fit-out in Surry Hills, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the results. Mark and his team have well and truly exceeded my expectations. The project involved putting up a meeting room with a glass partition on one side with aluminium grid panelling and a wall on the other side, as well as electrical work including adding several power points, down lights and changing over our fluorescent lights to LED lights. From the initial consultation, Mark was very prompt in addressing my enquiry and came out to the location to do measurements and discuss the options before providing a very detailed quote. Since it was my first time doing a fit-out, I had enquired at 5-6 different companies (many of which did not even bother coming out to the location), but DY constructions was competitive with pricing, really great with communication and provided a guarantee that ultimately made it an easy decision to go ahead with them. Mark and every trade that came in to do a job were extremely professional, they were true to their word in every aspect of what we had discussed on the deliverables, and the most amazing part is that they managed to turn around the project in 8 working days to meet our tight deadline!! Throughout the project, I received daily updates on the progress, which provided me with peace of mind and confidence that everything was on track. Mark was always available to address any questions or concerns I had, and they were incredibly accommodating and understanding of our specific requirements. No request was too difficult for them to handle. It was also very evident from the beginning that their team had a big focus on attention to detail and prioritising good quality finishings to achieve the best results. I genuinely am so impressed with DY constructions and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone as I definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you again to Mark and your team for doing an amazing job!

DY Constructions rebuilt our foyer at 379 Kent Street Sydney in April 2020. We went through a detailed bidding process and obtained quotes from 5 different builders. DY Constructions submitted a highly competitive and detailed proposal. DY Constructions also did in-house plans which saved us money in not having to engage an architect. The project was delivered on time and within budget. A special thank you to their project manager Jason Frawley. He was fantastic and kept me up to date throughout the project. l would highly recommend DY constructions for any building project in Sydney. DY Constructions have definitely earned a 5 star review!
