My experience was bad. The person who came to do the job for me had tried to take fool of me by saying that I will need a follow up which will cost $100 in 2 weeks on top of the $170 fee of today service, I understood from the lady I spoke with on the phone when I did the booking that I have 3 months warranty. I think he didn't expect that I already known that. For your business I will recommend to be honest with customers and don't try to take an advantage of them being nice.

Excellent service, Ilsa the service technician was very helpful & knowledgeable with our German cockroach problem. All good with their admin also, so hopefully no more pests. Cheers Rich, Peakhurst.

I have been a customer for over a year and used their services multiple times at multiple properties. Their customer service (over the phone and in person) is excellent.
They always provide great service and at a very reasonable price. I truly feel as though they look after and value their customers.

I have been using Pest Control Sydney Wide for the past 5 years and the level of service has always been great. Easy to contact and communicate with the team if plans change. Techs take the care to do a thorough job and don’t seems rushed.
