Our experience with Crawfords was a great experience during a difficult time. The consultant met us on site for an all day meeting -he documented everything, listened to all of our explanations of the unique features of our house structure and understood the building processes we discussed. Our insurance claim went through smoothly and without any issues - the whole process was professional at all times and the claim resolved efficiently and quickly.

Pity I can't share negative stars , the most appalling people you can possibly deal with. Melanie took months to tell us that none of the $30k+ tenant damage was malicious. Really - so when someone punches a hole through the fly screen to open the door, that is accidental? When someone craps on the floor and doesn't clean it up, when someone throws nail varnish around the walls and floor, when someone steals half the furniture. It's all accidental? If this is the best Allianz can come up with, then they don't deserve the $50k+ premiums I pay them every year. You are a disgrace and belong in prison. Consider yourself lucky you weren't sued.

The most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. Throughout my insurance claim I had constantly call, text and email for an update. An update was never given as assessor would completely ignore my calls and messages. I even called from my work phone number one time and got an instant answer as the assessor did not know it was me. They did not work with me at all throughout the claim, nor did they ask for further evidence that I could have provided to help better submit a final decision. I am now in the process submitting AFCA complaint with these guys and my insurance company.

A tree fell on our fence in January of 2022. It's now September and we still haven't had the repairs finalised! Crawford won't give us any direct means to contact them, and send generic 'update' emails every month or 2. We are now onto our 3rd assessor dealing with our case - the 2 previous contacts stopped replying to phone calls and emails, and seemingly left the company!

The worst experience dealing with this group of tardy and unresponsive adjustors. To receive any response, I have to email Eythan stokes(loss adjustor) many times, and escalate to speak to his manager Ryan Neville to receive a simple outcome. They can’t do simple tasks without many reminders. Worst company ever, my property is under a claim affected by the QLD floods and it has barely progressed since February. Really bad luck being assigned this company as my adjuster I am surprised they are still allowed to operate considering how terrible every aspect of their service has been.
