I have been waiting for 3 days to get them to call me back on a technical question... Everytime I call them it just goes to "general reception" and they just say the right team to answer my question isnt "available". Terrible customer service.

One of the best solar company in the town. Lucky to be it’s customer. Friendly team, very efficient In services especially one of the team members Smriti Rajbanshi is too good. Best wishes to the entire team and I have no hesitation referring my friends and family if they are in solar needs

Called me 26!!! Yes 26 times in a week. I politely declined several times but continued to call and when I blocked number would call with no id. He would tell me that I said to call back and when I told him that I didn’t he would just ignore me calling him out for gaslighting and continue to sell his service. I asked where he was from today and gave me this business name so if it’s legit please train your sales team to have respect for the customer
