We couldn't be more happier with our kitchen. Everyone that comes to our new home constantly remark how beautiful our kitchen is! We have recently just done a rebuild and it couldn't have been easier working with Premier Kitchens. They listened to what we wanted and come up with fantastic ideas and options to make the kitchen not only look stunning but to function very well. We also had Premier Kitchen's fit out our study, laundry, butler's and make custom vanities for our main bathroom and ensuite. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Premier Kitchens to anyone.

From start to finish, the entire process with Premier was efficient, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Dean initially helped us with our plans and his knowledge, enthusiasm and creative ideas were all invaluable with helping us achieve our vision. The installation process with Fred and his team was smooth and seamless and their attention to detail impeccable. The team’s experience was obvious as they came up with new ideas and tweaks along the way, in order for us to achieve the best possible product for us. No problem was ever too big or small for Fred and Peter and their communication throughout was excellent. Premier Kitchens Willoughby provided us with our dream kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. I had a really unfortunate experience with Premier Kitchens. It appears as though if you fit their ideal customer they're fabulous, but maybe we didn't. I expressed that I had a half hour slot for the designer to be able visit my home. 1 minute before the designer was meant to arrive, she advised she'd be 15 minutes late. This is where things really started to decline. Upon arriving, the designer was very rude and dismissive. I discussed what I wanted and rather than apologising for her lateness and getting into measuring - she said that 15 minutes wasn't enough (implying it was my issue and problem that I had a tight timeframe) - and despite being very clear with the time I needed to leave, she stayed an additional 15 minutes making me extremely late for my next meeting. There was just a blatant disrespect that I feel really needs to be addressed. Since the measure up I have had no follow up. I have the budget, am ready to proceed and they've lost a client, which is a shame because their portfolio seems quite beautiful.

We had a local company and a luxury design company quote us for a new kitchen but neither engaged with what we were asking for or listened to us. We found a Premier Kitchens add on Facebook and less than a minute after we put our details in for a call back, a rep from Premier Kitchens was on the phone. From that point on the experience was not only seemless but pleasurable. Michelle was insightful and improved what we suggested, Fred and Anna were always contactable and ready to work with us and Peter was always willing to answer questions when I contacted him. We still smile when we walk into our dream kitchen. Thank you so much to Premier Kitchens and their team. An amazing outcome at a fair price. I wish i could give Premier Kitchens 6 stars. Mark
