Overall

I had Michael from River City Doors do my quote for a driveway gate motor replacement and he, in his professional and friendly manner, explained my options and the process involved.

On installation day I was happy to see he was my installer and he did a great job. He took extra care with the install to make sure it was both neat and structurally well done, and also patiently talked me through everything.

Michael is a credit to his company.

After being stuffed around by other gate servicing companies - the team at River City Doors promptly came around and identified the issue with our electric gate, and actioned repair. We were racing the clock to get a gate fixed before the settlement of our house sale, and Melissa went above and beyond to squeeze our job in.

We felt like we were in safe hands with Amber from customer service. She was very friendly, accommodating and responsive to our needs.
Roland, the installer did a great job. Very professional, friendly and took the time to answer our many questions.
I highly recommend River City Doors if you ever need a new garage opener.

Good evening,

I would like to express my gratitude to the team at River city doors in your most recent example of first class service, both in delivery and in this case, the replacement of springs in a sectional door after one broke, and secondly excellence in customer service in communication and follow through

Much to my disappointment, a spring broke in my sectional door, 6:30 pm, Wednesday, 13 March, I thought I would take a chance and called River city doors at 7:30 am Thursday, 14 March, Call was quickly answered by a lovely lady named Annette, who promptly, conducted the appropriate actions, and advised a service person would come by between the few hours range on the 14th, later in the day from may call

Within the time frame given, Roland, the service technician turned up, a friendly, happy fellow, promptly sized up the job and without mucking about got underway.
Approximately an hour later, two new springs in, doorstop set, door serviced, my Garage Doors worked again. To top it all off, what I think was a very reasonable charge for doing the job was applied and promptly paid, and this afternoon, the receipt for that payment the formal receipt was sent to my email.

Utterly outstanding service in every respect and my appreciation to the team and to the business that has a good sense to employ really good people and keep them happy. I would assume because they certainly deliver on behalf of the business.

I would like to add that I have called upon River city doors in late 2022, to replace a track on my sliding gate that had broken, yes, a sliding driveway gate and your guys did a fantastic job on that replacement.

I also called your company when the garage door motor, same door as the spring replaced, failed, after 10 solid years of service, again, a prompt next day service, and I was operating again with a new motor. What a go to business, outstanding.

In every respect, on every occasion, you have met the service delivery outcomes that I as a customer would hope for, and hope to receive given the inconvenient nature of these respective problems, I very much appreciate the conscientious, efficient, friendly, timely, and value for money service that River city doors provides

NOW, I know that reviews on Google, which gave me great confidence in your company at the outset, are requested and valued, I am computer illiterate other than with email and fall over at the first suggestion of setting up accounts whatever to do reviews..

Had initially booked in a service for my original garage motor, although the machine had broken midway through. The owner eventually contacted me to remediate the issue with a new motor for free, this was a response I didn’t expect and extremely appreciated. I even offered to at least pay for the service call and they refused!

Thanks again to the owner for reaching out properly (which is what I was after in the first place) and I will definitely book you in for the motors service in 12 months time.
