(#363082) The delivery team were exceptional. Really went above and beyond with my order when rain threatened to ruin drop off day. I also appreciate Brent's candor regarding my design. My dimensions were a little odd, but he still worked with me every time he needed to intervene on something that was potentially a stupid decision on my part.
Hands down, the best business I've ever worked with! Their service is exceptionally professional, the product quality is top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I will definitely reach out to them again for future custom work. There’s no need to look elsewhere—whether you need kitchens, vanities, or benchtops, they offer a wide range of colors and options, all cut to size with precision.

Adam has been fantastic to deal with. Always prompt with phone and email messages to myself and also my wife. Kept us up to date and was available post delivery with any queries. Fast turn around which we appreciated. We have not used Aussie Cut previously but will for future renovations. Delivery guys also very helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this business.

We recently got a flat pack walk in wardrobe from Aussie Cut. From start to finish they were attentive and helpful. Dave and the team went out of there way to ensure we had a product that fitted and performed as it should. We will be back for further flat pack items. Highly recommended.

Pros - 20 day turnaround for orders is reasonable, product quality is good, gocabinets website easy to use, delivery was also a reasonable price, simple construction
Cons - Sales staff: who feel it’s appropriate to burst into laughter on the phone when a customer asks reasonable and necessary questions about their project plans / insinuating the customer cannot afford the upgrades they’re requesting.
Delivery staff: questioning ‘where is your husband and when are they making this for you’ despite your name being on the order? … it’s 2023?
The Brendale sales manager I’m referring to has many other negative reviews spanning several years. Perhaps it’s time to consider some basic customer service training?

Really easy and great to deal with. Product was delivered on time, easy to construct and was perfectly as described and measured! Price was better than many others and saved so much time! Thanks to Dave and team! Would definitely recommend and will use for our next project.

We had Aussie cut supply us a kitchen my wife and I designed in 2017. Now it is 2019 and I am so impressed I am ordering more off them. Quality is second to none for the price. They assembled them for a small fee and I installed with a builder and even he was impressed. These are a designer quality set of cupboards at somewhere not much more expensive then the mainstream bunnings, Ikea, etc. Trust me I have friends with Ikea kitchens and they are rubbish compared to these. Thanks the Brent and the team.
