Visited their office spoke to a pleasant young man. Gave me a card with owner details. Full details, plans ect. forwarded, no response after 11 days. Just needs a response too busy too much work, ect. We are all busy just a response needed.

We recently engaged Scott Anderson from FyrePro to assist in a full fire and safety audit, which was the first one ever completed for our residential block of units.
This was a complex and involved process as this was a relatively new build and there were over 100 defects identified and consequently we had to engage QBCC to intervene with the builder who refused to come to the table and rectify the issues at his own cost.
Scott was incredible. He was professional, courteous under fire, impressively knowledgeable about all the various codes and on more than 5 items offered his interpretation of the code and recommendations with the 3 QBCC experts onsite, all of whom ended up in agreement with his recommendations following further consult.
I don't know what we would have been able to achieve without his expert advice and impeccable reporting.
I have absolutely every faith in Scotts ability and highly recommend him and his team at FyrePro.
