Excellent service and quality from Ozrite Blinds.
Delivery was ahead of time and the blinds were very well packaged.
We were able to install the wire guide battery powered blinds ourselves in a tricky environment, with our deck floor being a good 4-6ft off the ground.
Annie was a pleasure to deal with.
Loving our transformed outdoor living area!
My wife loved the blinds. Has everything that we could have asked for. Staff at Capalaba office were very helpful and professional from the time we made initial inquiries to installation.

I got my blinds a couple of weeks ago after a super fast delivery. Not even 2 weeks after I ordered they were delivered to nsw. Great customer service when i rang to ask a few questions. Put them up today, easy to install following the installation guide. They look great and are really well made. Fit perfect, I would highly recommend!!!

Excellent Customer service. Fast delivery of all 5 blinds. Measured and cut exactly as per our measurements from their provided guide to measuring form. Easy to install as all tracks and blinds were numbered. Longest part was waiting for the electrician to put in extra power points for the motors to operate. Extremely pleased with end result and the versatility we now have with our verandah in all weather conditions. Highly recommend Ozrite and their ziptrack blinds.

We were in desperate need of an outdoor blind to fully use our outdoor entertainment area. Previous quotes came in just under $4k. We contacted Ozrite who were able to create a custom size screen in a custom colour. Not only was this considerably cheaper, we had amazing service along the way and couldn't be happier with the final product. Everything was so professional, from comms, to samples, to timelines and delivery. I have to absolutely commend Annie; my husband can be painful with his many questions - Annie handled it with absolute professionalism. She was so responsive, helpful and clear with her communications - even I would have been frustrated with him, but she never once displayed any frustration. Massive thank you team, we are SO happy with the final product!

I have bought a number of 'Channel Lock' blinds from Ozrite before, when I lived in NSW, but now on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland have bought two new 3.8 meter long by 2.1 meter drop heavy duty channel blinds from them.
I obtained some slightly cheaper quotes from a Victorian company but their product did not look as good (zinc plated vs stainless steel at Ozrite, no felt vs felt-lined tracks to stop blind rattle, etc.), and found Annie VERY friendly and responsive each time I have needed help, so went with them and haven't looked back!
The blinds fit well (make sure you use a Laser measure to get millimeter accuracy!) and went up quite easily - and they LOOK great!

Perfect fit and easy to install, provided you read the instructions properly and lay out the parts before you start. Has made an incredible difference to our deck area. Very happy, thank you for an outstanding product and amazing friendly service from Annie.
