From first meeting with Graham to design the jetty and through to the install, it was a pleasure to deal with the Jetty Specialists.
We found that the information given by Graham was very informative and gave us the confidence that we were going to get a superior product once installed.
The install went in with no issues, very clean and tidy and we are very pleased with the end result
I cannot speak highly enough about how helpful this company is, especially Amie Askew. They go above and beyond. Although I am not technically a client, I called them regarding a property we are purchasing that they had worked on, and an issue that had nothing to do with them. Amie was happy to help, spoke to the council on our behalf, and referred me to a town planner. Thank you, Amie, and The Jetty Specialist. You are true gems!

Graeme Hall from Jetty Specialists was absolutely fantastic designing and installing pontoon and then assisting with after sales advice and service. Good old fashioned service that is often missing these days. Graeme was very professional and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

I ordered my jetty for the Brisbane River at Westlake a year ago. Grame was helpful however it has been one holdup after another. Last year I was promised march this year. Now I am told more lies that there had been a hold up due to engineering. This is appalling service I have not been kept informed. It has been one lie after another. Happy to take my money. Zero service.
Disgraceful.

Pitiful aftersales service. When you have a problem, there is never anyone available to talk to. If they take your details, good luck getting anyone to reply to you. Very cooperative and helpful until the point of sale but thats about it. Afterwards, you are on your own.
The company has finally made contact with me which is greatly appreciated and I have amended my review based on this.

Graham was extremely condescending and rude when I rang to enquire about a solution for our residential canal property. Perhaps he was just having a bad day but came across as a total misogynist. Extremely unpleasant encounter. Would recommend going elsewhere.

I would just like to thank all the guys from the jetty specialist for my fabulous new pontoon they made the process really easy for me.
We did have our hiccups with Council but they sorted through them to get the result we wanted. They weren’t the cheapest quote I got but the Quality will remain long after I’ve forgotten the price.
I can highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a Pontoon
