ABSOLUTELY USELESS ON ALL COUNTS PARTICULARLY IF YOUR THE INSURED PARTY/CLAIMANT AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS IN CONJUNCTION WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY / INSURANCE BROKER.
Nick Turner - 5 Star Service. Amazing attitude, extremely organised, consistently providing efficient service when handling multiple large claims following cyclone Jasper. I work in a claims department and deal with many Loss Adjusters on a daily basis. This Loss Adjuster is such a pleasure to deal with.

Avoid this dodgy business, they have not done proper arrangements to repair my home. No body is responsible there.

I have been waiting for a repair claim since APRIL. My ceiling is still leaking.
They dont reply me emails and my phone calls. What a terrible service !
From my experience they are:
IRRESPONSIBLE
UNPROFESSIONAL
UNRELIABLE
They deserve negative points.

Absolutely atrocious service. Always have to chase them to find out what's being done. They always fail to keep those affected informed. If you have an option use a different company.
