Site surveys were recommended to me by a friend and they were great. I had an issue with my block of land where the dimensions on the real estate ad didn’t match the actual dimensions of the block. Site surveys provided helpful preliminary advice and were able to clarify the issue via an identification survey. They were quick and reasonably priced.
Couldn't have been more happier with their service. Commissioned them to undertake a boundary identification survey, and the project was completed timely without me having to constantly follow-up on things. Ben was responsive to my queries and completed the project without any hassles.

I have had the pleasure of seeing several residential surveys created by "Site Surveys" come across my desk for a number of years and have always been impressed with how much detail that can obtain and include on their site survey plans. They even provide an extra plan that shows the natural ground profile. I have been so impressed that I even got them out to do my own place. Money well spent. They not only pick up ridge heights for the house in question but they also get the neighbours as well. Keep up the great work guys.

Brilliant above and beyond service.
Needed a survey for residential retaining wall and fences. They walked me through the requirements and were very helpful.
On the day they turned up on time and did an excellent job marking out. They even added extra pegs in case machines knocked some out and provided measurements from fixed points on a mud map for additional reference.
The only surveying service you will ever need.

I contacted Site Surveys to establish boundary pegs for my property I just purchased and to draw up a plan for the house regarding set backs from the boundary. Seeing as I will be replacing the back and side fence in the near future Linden provided an offset marker at the back locations (so they don't get damaged). At the front of the property he provided not only the standard peg in the ground but also a screw in the curb for further longevity of the established points. Once completed Linden drew up the plans to which i requested a few more measurements which was no problem at all. Very much appreciated the attention to detail and no drama attitude of helping satisfy the customers requests. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Site Surveys were incredibly helpful. I am new to the world of major renovations and needed some advice on the process and requirements for my project. They were well priced compared to other quotes, did the work quickly and were unobtrusive on site. Our building designer had not previously used them but has said he will be referring clients to them in the future as their output was exceptional.

It is refreshing to have service & follow up. I am appalled at the lack of communication/service from so many professionals in the construction industry. Site Surveys were competitive & did not require full payment prior to engagement as some did. We paid the account within 24 hrs of receipt & would happily recommend them.
