From first call to Jody brilliant. Responsive, kept us up to date from start to finish. Craig came to our home and did the quote, gave us full information pack and answered all my questions. Jody followed up 2 days later and we booked it in. The 3 man crew that arrived were efficient, polite and experienced. The clean up was appreciated. Detailed photos also supplied to us. Warranty. Follow up afterwords from Sandra to make sure we were happy. Terrific customer service, great pricing and Team wotk. Highly recommended and I will be an Ambassador for Outback Insulation.

This is the insulation company to choose. 100% 1. They will actually come to your place and do a proper quote (many of the others just use google maps). 2. The product is made in Australia. 3. A family company that has been around for a long time, employs many staff and very experienced. 4. No deposit required, you pay once the job is done to your satisfaction. 5. Price was super competitive. 6. Customer service was outstanding every step of the process. 7. The installers were very respectful, worked hard and did an excellent job. 8. Photos are provided after the vacuum so you can see its done properly. 9. They cleaned up perfectly before they left. 10.
