Very standoffish to begin with, staff mostly refused to assist with queries. The male boss was very difficult to deal with being rude and abrupt he was constantly complaining. At one point he started an argument over an item I asked him to supply, it quickly became heated at which point he told me to get out and then refused to complete the job, I informed him that the holes in the hull would prevent the yacht from getting back in the water. He smirked and said I don't care, get someone else. Other businesses there were not able to help as they were full with their jobs. I was later forced to threaten that if they didn't finish the work they would not get paid for the work already done.

Dave and the team are honest, reliable and always go above and beyond to ensure our boat repairs are quality and last. Their service and work is exemplary and I highly recommend them. Great value. On a recent job they even charged our boat batteries before returning just because they noticed they needed it. I didn’t even ask.

Thank you Dave, Jane and the awesome team - the dedication and effort you all put in shows through in the professional finish. Marine Team kept us up to date with what was going on and made suggestions for improvements. When the finished product is stronger and looks better than the original then you know the job was done properly. It is rare to find this sort of professionalism in the marine industry and we would have no hesitation in recommending Marine Team to anyone on the Gold Coast who is looking at maintenance or upgrade work. We will definitely be back for some more improvements that we have in mind.
