Recently visited the Yatala show room and was met with such lovely staff! Katie showed me what asked for and suggested others even giving me all the information and a little tour above being patience and helpful with suggestions. Katie made the experience much easier! Great stone display, easy to visualise what you want with the large pieces.
We had an excellent experience, Staff were informative and able to answer any questions we had. We got a different concept seeing the stone in larger slabs. Very impressed

Was looking for a vanity top, and kitchen bench top. The office girls were friendly and accommodating. I love range of stone on offer, and am so glad I got to see full slabs to help me make my decisions.
The samples they gave me were helpful to see how the stone is affected by the surrounding decore in my home.

Katie was so helpful. She went out of her way to help us and we had just popped in. It didn't seem a problem at all for her. She helped us match some stones that we were thinking of mixing. Highly recommend to go to their showroom/ warehouse to see what they have to offer.

Don’t buy a benchtop just based on the samples - it all looks WAY different in real life. They were friendly and helpful when I reckoned up to review their samples. The one I thought I would like in the sample I didn’t like at all when I viewed the slab. Helpful staff.

We are currently in the process of renovating our kitchen and popped down to Stone Ambassador at Yatala. We were met by Katie at reception who assisted us on our visit. Katie's knowledge and expertise helped us enormously with the selection of our benchtop on the day. She also brought up many other aspects to consider prior to choosing a benchtop which we would not have even thought of - to ensure we made the right decision. We were so impressed with the service and highly recommend Stone Ambassador. Thank you very much Katie for your assistance and the knowledge you shared with us.

Showroom was good to see samples in greater detail. We just turned up and the girl who met with us was attentive and took us to check the slabs corresponding g to the stone we had chosen. We are very pleased with our selections.

Katie was SO helpful. I ended up back there twice and even though she was run off her feet was so unbelievably kind and went out of her way to take the time to assist me. Even down to in-situ photos emailed to me while I was there. She was fabulous!

Easy to find, good onsite parking (plus loads of space on the street) and great selection of stones.
I already knew what I wanted to see ahead of my appointment. I was hoping that one of our builder's standard inclusions would be suitable and thankfully it was!
Katie was very helpful, and happy to accommodate me after I called to say I was stuck in traffic and running a bit late.

On Friday, my partner and I enquired to come in to the Yatala showroom to view some products.

I recently visited the Stone Ambassador showroom in Yatala and was so happy with Katie's customer service. I'd already looked at several other stone providers but hadn't found the right product for our farmhouse renovation, and after Stone Ambassador being recommended by our stone mason we have found exactly the right porcelain product for our project (we love it so much we're using it in both the kitchen and bathroom). Katie is so helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with up to date stock estimates on the spot to remove any anxiety and streamline the process. Thank you so much!
