I called Local Guys as I needed a Flee treatment in the rental property I had vacated. It was a last minute thing as I didn't know that it had to be done. I sent them a message via their portal and was contacted within the hour. They advised that someone will contact me to arrange a date and time. When he called I spoke with Deepak he was really nice very accommodating as I needed it done urgently as I needed to hand back the keys the next day. I explained to Deepak that I needed to speak with the agent before I organised the treatment as new tenants were moving in the next day. I ended up organising it for the Monday and Deepak was fine with that and even sent me message to let me know he was running a bit late and gave me an ETA. I met him at the house to pay him for the treatment. He was so polite and friendly. As our new home was ready to move into I am definitely keeping his details so when we need any pest control I will call him. It is very unusual these days to find services people that provide such excellent customer service. Thank you Deepak Great job and highly recommended.
