After a few repeated visits (over several weeks) from another company to patch my leaking roof, a coworker recommended I call Joe Haffer at Australian Home Roofing to take a look at the problem.
Joe was on site half an hour after I called and was on the roof a few minutes later doing an inspection during a break in the weather. Unfortunately the rain set back in and he wasn't able to investigate fully, but the next afternoon he was back on the roof, pulling the sheets back and systematically working through the problem. Within 36 hours of calling, the leak was patched.
Joe goes above and beyond and his experience really shows.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it turned out the leak wasn't actually resolved and I haven't been able to get Joe back on site for a more robust repair despite several calls and texts.

Very happy with the job Joe completed. Due to the scale of the job we waited until he thought the weather would be better (that could be his second career - nailed it). Joe could answer all my questions and was responsive to any issues during install in a timely fashion. The roof has definitely been tested since and we have had no issues.

This was my third job with Australian Home Roofing, and it was again very well done. My first experience was having a shed insulated and an automated fan installed. I can now work in my shed on the hottest days, and condensation in the winter is no longer a problem.
They also fixed a leaking chimney on a pitched metal roof that probably was leaking since day one as it was not installed properly in the first place. Joe took it down, reworked it and put it back in place so that it doesn't leak or collect leaves.
In our most recent storm our pergola roof was destroyed by hail. The guys at Australian Home Roofing replaced it in a day and a half, and the new material is stronger, lets in more light but cuts the UV, so when I'm not in my shed this summer I'll be hanging out in the pergola.
I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the materials that they chose.

Fantastic service. Joe first came out and thoroughly inspected our steep leaking roof to determine the likely cause. The quote was very reasonable and since the repairs were done we’ve had no more leaks. He even repaired an extra part of the roof while he was here. Friendly and knowledgeable, we will use this company again and recommend to everyone. We had other roofers look at our issue who wouldn’t even get on the roof or had exorbitant prices/over engineered solutions. Australian Home Roofing know what they’re doing and were great.
