5 star quality and workmanship from Shadewall Awnings, today my 1997 canvas awnings were replace and the old ones were taken away, I'm truly blown away! highly recommend Shadewell to all, thank you! for the fantastic! service
We recently had a building contractor open our beautiful Shadewell Awning to protect him in the rain without our knowledge. But he then proceeded to wind it up the wrong way which caused the canvas to 'twist'. However a call to Joe at Shadewell had the problem sorted out over the phone in 5 minutes with no need for a service call. Customer service from the way the phone was answered to the prompt service was even better than 5-Star. And yes, their products are also highly recommended!

Shadewell is a very easy company to deal with. Communication is fabulous. All the staff we had contact with were punctual, efficient and courteous. We are very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them.

After several other companies kept giving me the run around I had a great experience with the team at Shadewell. Electric awning arrived on time and the team rushed to get installation complete just before Christmas. Really happy - would definitely recommend to others.

A delightful team of specialists! Joe, Alex and the team have installed multiple blinds and an awning which completely rejuvenated the look of our home. Genuine, thorough and super helpful, Markilux experts from start to finish! The support team are great too. From selecting the right product to choosing fabrics and options and matching colours Shadewell are fantastic! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have recently had an awning installed at our apartment in South Yarra and are delighted with the result. The team at Shadewell have been excellent to deal with throughout the process. They offered us a range of solutions to choose from and helped us select the best solution. The installation team were also excellent. I would highly recommend Shadewell to anyone.

We have just had external awnings installed by Shadewell. I've been really impressed with both the quality of their awnings and their service, particularly during these times in Melbourne. Luke has been prompt and professional in all our communication, and provided great advice when he came out to measure and quote. The staff in the office have been really friendly and helpful, and the installation specialist did the job expertly. We've had a few hot days, and I have been amazed at how cool they have kept our space, without feeling claustrophobic. And I love the look of these blinds. It's been a great experience. I can't recommend Shadewell highly enough!
